Your role at Sephora:

As a Senior Manager, Product Management at Sephora, you will: Lead a team of Product Managers and Data Analysts. Execute the Track and Measure vision, to transition the product organization best practices from data-driven to data-informed and data-inspired. Work with Technology and Business partners to define and maintain the Track and Measure roadmap and product domain strategy. Define metrics for success and measure progress. Define and maintain secure and effective data governance and tool administration protocols. Lead the identification and prioritization of business requests and opportunities to drive the Track and Measure KPIs, and to maintain market leadership in online beauty. Work closely with other Product Managers to leverage best practices across digital channels, work on projects that impact multiple product domains and assess cross platform impacts. Proactively monitor industry trends in digital experiences including new capabilities, technology, vendors and tools specifically related to web analytics, A/B and MVT (Multivariate Experimentation) experimentation, personalization testing, and implicit and explicit user feedback tools. Manage Sephora’s relationship with Adobe TAMs and other analytics vendors. Drive continual improvements and inform the Track and Measure roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user research (qualitative and quantitative), market or competitive analysis, and product performance. Create, document, implement and maintain processes where needed to achieve desired strategies, such as the Product Domain Data-Informed Scorecard. Develop processes, templates and tools to deliver effectively and consistently across projects. (May work from home up to four days per week, with manager approval.)


We are excited about you if you have:

  • Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the design and implementation of web analytics solutions.


Experience must include:

  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target;
  • Design and development of data layer JavaScript objects for web analytics using JavaScript and jQuery;
  • Manual and automated quality assurance testing using: Charles, Fiddler, Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger, and Firebug;
  • Development of regression, UAT, and cross browser engineering tests;
  • Adobe Launch, JIRA and Confluence;
  • SQL, JAVASCRIPT and HTML;
  • Tableau Software; and
  • Data Bricks.

Salary: $198,578 to $199,578 per year depending on experience

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
