This role serves as the strategy lead in the Nutrition organization defining Where to Play and How to Win for the Nutrition portfolio. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent conceptual thinking capabilities, grounded in marketplace, industry, and consumer insights, with the ability to synthesize complex business concepts into clear and actionable strategies.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Partner with the North America strategy team to develop the Nutrition portfolio strategy, defining Where to Play and How to Win with consumers, shoppers and across categories, channels, and routes to market.
  • Identify future consumer recruitment, revenue, and profit pools to guide the Nutrition business towards long-term, profitable growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to define our Right to Win in adjacent or new spaces.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and achievement of the Nutrition portfolio OBPPC, collaborating with RGM, Insights, Brand, Commercial Leadership, Finance, Technical and Supply Chain to design the multi-year, multi-channel pack/price/channel roadmap.
  • Partner with brand team to ensure commercial leadership organization serves as a single source of direction delivering transformational brand strategies into actionable plans.
  • Lead collaboration with Revenue Growth Management functions to develop tools and tracking to ensure maximization of revenue and gross profit across the enterprise.
  • Utilize strong business, financial, and P&L management capabilities to deliver against profitable company and customer growth expectations.
  • Supports Commercial Leadership category strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
  • Leadership and experience working across multiple channels – e.g., large store, small store, and Foodservice/On Premise channels.
  • Experience in strategy, brand, insights, and/or commercial leadership
  • Strong conceptual thinking capabilities and proven success translating complex marketplace, industry, and consumer concepts into clear and actionable plans.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen through the ability to create a >5-year strategic vision for brand/category and a path to achieve that vision, anticipating future trends and needs in the marketplace and business; demonstrates innovation/creativity.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.
  • People leadership/management – specifically, managing virtual teams and influencing multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
  • Strong track record of leadership across cross-functional teams
