Proclinical is seeking a Veeva Vault QMS Senior Manager for a global pharmaceutical company located in Watertown, MA.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight and Support of Quality Event and Actions (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Change Actions and Proactive Initiatives), including both operational and maintenance activities.
• Manage Veeva Vault QMS modules, ensuring system continues in a validated state. This includes representing Veeva QMS as business owner to trouble-shoot and test user/application related issues and new system functionality/releases.
• Provide and execute innovative ideas to compliantly advance document process efficiencies, training effectiveness and sharing of best practices.
• Own and maintain relevant procedures and supporting documentation for QMS.
• Identify quality issues/discrepancies, and effectively and proactively resolve them in a diplomatic, flexible, and constructive manner.
• Serve as Veeva QMS Admin

Skills and Requirements:

• BA or BS degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Systems functional experience in a regulated industry
• Veeva Quality Suite and Platform experience required
• Previous experience executing computer system validation deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications and qualification scripts
• Inspection Readiness experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal effectively across all functional areas
• Able to provide solution minded approach and flexibility to emerging challenges
