Overview & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the VP of Animation Casting & Talent Relations, the Senior Manager liaises and collaborates with all creative and internal partners to facilitate the casting process across Nickelodeon Animation pilots, series & streaming movies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Align with EIC to gather and review all materials for Casting Kick-Off for Pilots & New Series discussing important notes or questions.

Review Breakdown Materials and route to assigned Casting Director.

Review Final Selects and EP notes with Casting Director and align with VP of Casting and EIC for approval.

Collaborate with assigned casting director and EVP/VP to align with stunt ideas that fit the creative and overall brand and share top stunt ideas with EP’s to make top selects per role(s).

Review selects with EVP/VP of Casting and Project EIC for approval and share approval with assigned Casting Director.

Capture materials to generate stunt offer: watermarked script, record timeline, character description, artwork and offer email.

Work with Ancillary Casting Coordinator on all assigned projects to assist in voice matching, promo records, and all ancillary requests for our series regular talent.

Act as the talent relations point on all assigned projects and series regular talent within the Network and agents.

Responsible for talent approvals for all social and press release requests.

Participates in Talent Handling for talent press/social/pro-social/events where Nick Animation talent is needed (Comic-Con, NY Comic-Con, press/social shoots, etc.)

Coordinate talent travel to events and stunt casting, including air, car, per diems, and talent itinerary liaising with production, social and press teams for all talent-required events.

Leads all aspects of all birthday and holiday gifting for over 200+ series regular talent alongside with the Animation Coordinator.

Liaison to Festivals/Awards department for actor/casting awards submissions. Works with each Casting Director and production to ensure accurate award submissions.

Basic Qualifications:
1+ year of Animation Casting and/or voice directing experience.

5+ years of casting experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Attention to detail, excellent multitasking, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to interact with executives at all levels and provide creative notes.

Problem solving skills with a desire to find creative solutions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/PDF.

Basic knowledge of SAG Union rules.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $90,000.00- 100,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
