Title:

KBR is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to join our Team. You will support the Naval Air Systems Command (PMA-265) Air Vehicle Logistics team in our Lexington Park, Maryland location !

• Performs various logistics and program management tasks in relation to the pillars of life cycle logistics.

• Specifically assigned to the F18A thru F and EA18G Air Vehicle Flight Controls structures.

• Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.

• Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

• Performs Tech Evaluations, Budget and Cost Reviews.

• Responsible for the development of support and maintainability for the program.

• Tracks acquisition requirements and life cycle costs analyses to support Air Vehicle Deputy Assistant Program Manager, Logistics (DAPML).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of six years of related logistics experience as describe in the job description.

• A secret level security clearance is required.

Preferred Skills:

• O-Level experience as Senior Enlisted or Chief Warrant Officer. Someone who not only knows the Super Hornet aircraft, but also knows the end user community well. Ability to bridge the communication gaps that currently exist between HQ level and the end user.

• Good knowledge of DECKPLATE, Tableau, Excel, and analytics in general. Someone who understands and believes in math and statistics

• Strong communication skills. Someone who can tailor the message based on the audience, communicate succinctly, and not be afraid to tell the truth

• Strong computer skills. Microsoft Teams and other technologies that the Navy has made available for us
