Sr. Litigation Paralegal
Must have at least 5 years Sr. Litigation Paralegal experience, preferably in a major law firm
Must be vaccinated - hybrid position

Our client, a worldwide law firm, is seeking a very experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to work in its' Century City offices. You'll be working with attorneys who graduated from the 10% of the top law firms in the country. You'll be working with Fortune 100 and 500 corporations and on high profile cases. It just doesn't get any better for a Sr. Litigation Paralegal looking for these key components of a position.

What the Sr. Litigation Paralegal will do:

• Litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities
• Implement case calendaring system to track filings
• The organization and retrieval of documents by and for the attorneys on the case team.
• Coordinate junior paralegals and other support staff on large litigation matters and/or investigations in all phases of litigation from discovery through trial/arbitration.
• Liaise between case team lawyers and support staff
• Interact with courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, vendors and other law firms to gather information or coordinate activities
• Draft, review, and/or analyze routine legal documents; conduct legal research

What you bring to the table as a qualified Sr. Litigation Paralegal:

• At least 4 years solid litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a major law firm
• BA degree and Paralegal Certificate
• Knowledge of Relativity and other litigation support software platforms
• Experience with all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery, and trial.
• Experience with Section 337 investigations conducted by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
• Experience preparing for and attending trials/arbitrations/hearings.
• Experience coordinating trial/arbitration logistics including negotiating for work space, setting-up remote office space, and coordinating with vendors
• A love for trial and the fast-paced litigation environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
