Responsibilities:

• Performs extensive Linux system administration duties including the
  analysis of systems, applications, and network performance to identify and
  resolve hardware or software related problems in a manner that minimizes
  impacts to the customer's mission
• Significant interaction with other technicians/engineers to implement
  security designs and approaches to resolve vulnerabilities, mitigate risks,
  and recommend security changes to system or system components as needed
• Deploy approved Commercial off the shelf (COTS), Government off the shelf
  (GOTS), and custom developed software
• Perform Linux system administration duties to include, but not limited to
  managing user accounts, applying updates or patches, oversee a backup
  solution, and answering technical questions
• Creates and documents installation and startup procedures for existing and
  future applications
• Analysis of systems and associated applications to provide the highest level of availability and performance to meet the customers mission objective
• Review and update STIG requirements and checklists and remediate/document
  findings
• Creates and documents installation and startup procedures for existing and
  future applications
• Assist with the overall security accreditation documentation in support of
  a full system authorization to operate
• Deploy and managing network environment including, routers, switches,
  firewalls, servers,
• Provide support to personnel at various location
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
• Participate in special projects, as required

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience with no less than two (2) total years of experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment with at least one year of that in the last 5 years
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX in an Enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of CISCO network and switching and virtualization
  technologies
• Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN)
  technologies and data backup technologies to include communication security
  (COMSEC) integration
• Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, and, Common Criteria, and
  System Security Policy as they relate to A&A
• Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and other guiding policy
  documents
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with
  numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Enterprise management experience to include LDAP, Configuration Management
  Tools, DNS, Repo, Backups, Log management
• Experience with Ansible Playbook
• Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise
• Data Center experience
• Shell Scripting experience
