Prime Heating and Cooling, LLC. in Cranston, RI is actively seeking a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems. Our Senior HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday-Friday with overtime, on-call, and weekends only when necessary. This position comes with a competitive wage of $40-$42/hour, depending on experience. We provide generous benefits and perks, including health, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k) plan with company match, 2 weeks (with the ability to earn up to 4 weeks) of paid time off (PTO), and 1 week of sick time. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
- Brazing and soldering experience
- Current HVAC license and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
