Summary:
The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all functions for finance in North America. This individual will participate in NA-wide Finance related initiatives. They will also have opportunities to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units. Significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the NA Zone- including the NA CFO- Business Unit CFOs- and other management level staff.

Analyze financial data and provide analytical- forecasting- reporting- and project support to senior management

  • Will evaluate current and previous financial data to produce monthly reports- which include key metrics- financial results- and variance reporting
  • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Develop models that help with decision-making
  • Conducting cost analyses- benchmarking- and risk assessments
  • Identify and initiate process improvements in the financial planning and reporting systems
  • Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics

Qualifications*:*

  • *

Bachelor’s degree in Business- Finance- Economics or Accounting required- CPA preferred

  • Minimum 1+ years of related experience for the Financial Analyst role- at least 2+ years of related experience for the Senior Financial Analyst role
  • CPG and operational finance experience preferred
  • Planning and forecasting experience preferred
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills- experience with SAP- and prior experience with Tableau desired
  • Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of information and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work well under pressure including the ability to influence others and work well across the organization
  • Ability to drive cross functional collaboration

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
