As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support financial strategies to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement. Bring your collaboration skills, as you will partner with leads to deliver decision-making support and financial analysis. You will utilize your strong communication skills to help business partners throughout the organization to understand financial results and complex reports. The preferred location for this role is Michigan or Illinois as this role would be hybrid and require some days in office.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • You Play an Important Role on the Team
    - Interacting with leads on guidance with reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets. Working with business partners within the function to report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
  • A Day as a Senior Financial Analyst -You will be driving Financial Commercial Delivery of the business, review and work with Costs and Supply Chain Finances.
  • Special Projects – You will be leading ad-hoc questions, issues, and projects. Reviewing and translating assumptions to financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Drive for Results - Proactively recommending updates to budgets and forecasts and helps to identify ways to close gaps and meet challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement –With an owner’s mindset, you’ll identify areas where we can standardize processes and develop better ones. Our success is shaped by you.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field of study
  • Hunger for learning and business acumen
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of ERP or other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan)
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to communicate things in a simple manner for a variety of audiences
