Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is actively seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the leadership team at the upcoming Chandler, Arizona location.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Our multiple AIKG locations feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated event spaces & restaurants featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the team in the execution of targeted sales programs aimed at driving pre-sold group business. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

This is a salaried Senior Manager Position with opportunities to lead an event team and to make significant commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including:
    • Site inspections
    • Qualifying Leads
    • Menu Selection
    • Contracts
  • Interface site operations to ensure execution of site events
  • Represent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade Events
  • Process POS purchases
  • Responsible for a quality guest experience and recovery
  • Ability to empower staff to deliver excellent standard of service
  • Ensure the highest level of quality product and service
  • Build productive trusting relationships with clients and guest.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual goals
  • Lead follow up and generation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Guest service and leadership experience is strongly preferred.

  • Five years minimum of Sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Current trainer, team lead or shift leader if internal brand applicant
  • Ability to motivate and work with various levels of staff members and leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate authority where appropriate
  • Proven leadership and team skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
  • Computer skills, preferably Word and Power Point.
