What You Will Do:
As a Senior Manager of Hardware Engineering a business unit that is responsible for the design and development of aircraft technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
    • Manage, build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team developing hardware that is critical to the success of the business
    • Create, measure, communicate and drive group performance
    • Ensure that customer requirements, milestones and regulatory requirements are met
    • Foster an environment of technology reuse and improvement
    • Accountable for the financial well-being of development programs and sustaining costs
    • Increase productivity by reducing engineering cost
    • Collaborate with other business units in product development, productivity goals and production support
    • Collaborate with teams to align resources, priorities and drive work in the business unit
    • Lead the team by flowing down the business unit strategy and driving the technology and product roadmaps

Qualifications:
    • Ideal candidate is someone who has strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and drive outcomes.
    • Experience in leading and driving design development teams from schematic capture, PCB layout through assembly
    • Experience in new technology design from concept through test and validation
    • Communication and collaboration skills
    • What You Must Have:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • 5+ years of experience as a Electrical Engineer
    • Management or demonstrated leadership required
    • Must be a US Person
