ManTech is seeking a senior level program engineer with experience with Navy ship warfare systems engineering management including: - Experience in supporting Test and Evaluation of large DoD projects; Provide Test & Evaluation support on a wide range of activities and missions supporting Navy combat systems to include test planning, test execution, data management and test reporting; Ability to track, process, produce and distribute deliverables and monitor comment status, collect and analyze performance data; Perform Test and Evaluation Technical Analysis as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing technical advisory support; Support lead system integrator technical oversight activities for the government test and evaluation division lead; Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings to review software development schedules and ensure alignment/integration with planned systems engineering and test activities; Support system level test objectives development and assess/verify test performance.

Mid-Level Program Analysts must have: A) a high school degree, or a GED, and ten (10) years of relevant experience in program analysis, OR B) a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in program analysis, OR C) a master's in a relevant field.

An active Secret Security Clearance will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
