The Senior Director of Operations
, reporting to the Head of the Transfer Agent, will expertly lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the efficient and effective transfer agent operations for our valued clients. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing and improving business operations, adhering to and improving upon compliance with SEC regulation, and collaborating with senior directors who oversee larger teams. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader, with a solid history of successfully managing and elevating business operations, who is able to drive results and exceed expectations.


This position is on-site at the Las Vegas, NV location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency, productivity and quality of service
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws and internal policies
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Develop and manage the budget and resources for the operations department
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role (REQUIRED)
  • Transfer Agent background/experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
