As a web/digital strategist at WDG, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across different industries, from mid-size to enterprise-level digital properties that receive millions of monthly web visits. You will also be a valued member of our UX team, working closely with other talented team members across all digital departments.

As a web/digital strategist, it is essential that you possess a deep understanding of our clients' objectives and business goals, while providing project strategy and identifying future digital needs and opportunities. Experience in conducting relevant industry research and using analytics tools is also required.

If you are ambitious, curious, and see yourself as more than just a paycheck, then we want to hear from you! Submit a friendly personal note along with your portfolio link/cover-letter, example projects and anything else that can help set you apart and we promise a prompt reply.

Our clientele includes organizations such as the American Red Cross, Executive Office of the President, Barnes & Noble and The University of Pennsylvania, among others. As an Inc. 5000 company, we are a dynamic and ambitious team committed to innovation and growth, and we look forward to welcoming a new member who shares our values and passion for their craft.
