This position will work closely with the organization to implement world class software and infrastructure delivery processes, and play a key role in contributing to our DevOps and Engineering culture. We are looking for an experienced, sharp, self-starting, business-oriented individual that can contribute technically in a fast-paced, creative, energetic, technology-focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Help development teams adopt scaled trunk-based branching strategy
- Integrate logging, application monitoring, and code scanning into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Sumo Logic, Datadog, and SonarCloud
- Create and manage application infrastructure using Azure Bicep
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of various Git branching strategies and their pros/cons
- Significant experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Significant experiencing managing Infrastructure-as-Code using yaml
- Experience working with Docker
- Experience scripting with bash
- Structured and independent approach to problem-solving, and ability to teach and mentor others in regards to problem-solving
- Experience teaching others about technical concepts related to the SDLC, such as source control and CI/CD
- Ability to effectively communicate about various SDLC process strategies
- Strong opinions balanced with open-mindedness and empathy
- Adaptability/willingness to change approach or methods to best fit the situation
- Desire to collaborate with people from various technical backgrounds to establish and improve our SDLC processes
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with packaging and deploying .NET apps
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Azure App Service
- Experience working as a Software Engineer
Compensation - $125,000- $165,000 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Bonus – This position is eligible for the company’s bonus plan, to the extent offered, at a target bonus percentage of up to 10% of your annual salary.
Equity - This position is eligible for the company's equity plan.

- Individuals based in California are eligible for a paid time off policy in which PTO is accrued each pay period.
FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
