The Role:

The Senior Cloud Architect role is responsible for the design, management, and maintenance of our cloud architecture. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of our cloud strategy and build standards for cloud infrastructure and services, including governance, security, and scalability. You'll work alongside our VP of Engineering & CTO to develop software architectures & system designs for our Git productivity and collaboration tools.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable core production infrastructure (preferably in B2B SaaS environments)
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in JavaScript. Typescript or Go.
• Extensive experience with AWS Services/Technologies (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch), CI/CD, and configuration management tools
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitKraken, or Jenkins
• Strong understanding of scale and performance impact on Infrastructure design
• A strong ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and solutions
