Reporting to the Director of Supply Planning you will be the liaison between system users, business partners and IT. You will design systematic solutions to address system business process gaps and system performance concerns and identify training and system enhancement needs. You will provide support of system implementations (S4) and provide ongoing support for daily operations. Support teams with identification, development and implementation of reporting and analytics. Provide subject matter support to end-users.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of system needs.
  • Liaison with IT regarding implementations, system enhancements, and upgrades
  • Communicate needs, update leadership with progress on open requests and work with management team to coordinate resource needs for design, testing and implementation support.
  • Lead the work effort to ensure the team is prepared for any system changes – training, SOP's, establishment of super user forum and communicate the progress and identification of any gaps.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on master data and develop master data audit processes and playbooks.
  • Work with external and internal partners to define requirements associated with system use and enhancements. Execute test scenarios.
  • Use project management skills to ensure work streams are identified and prioritized, resources used, time lines met and provide status updates.
  • Review current business processes to determine where automation / improvements will increase efficiency. Identify process efficiencies, recommend new uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions and train end-users.
  • Work with business to design functional specifications for reports. Work in ConAgra internal reporting systems to develop reporting and manage ongoing needs.
  • Support teams with reporting and analytics identifying service and cost improvement opportunities and business process needs.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, in Supply Chain, Business, or Technology related field
  • 5+ year's previous Supply Chain, IT, or other business experience.
  • Experience Supply Chain systems and information flow (Enterprise/ERP, Production Planning and Deployment, Inventory Management, MRP). Willing to learn new systems.
  • Effective written and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience resolving issues along multiple parties in an accurate, fair, and timely manner.
