Job Summary:

The role of Sr. Analyst, Marketing manages and executes business analyses that support the marketing teams for in-line and launch product marketing plans and tactical decision making. Responsibilities include working with vendors, data sources and files, and analytical processes in coordination with marketing team members. Success in this role includes a high level of communication, significant computer skills, and attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather business information from various sources to track and analyze in-line product performance to gain key business insights that support decision making and objective setting.
• Interface with key Commercial Departments (Managed Markets Marketing, Pricing & Contracting, Brands, Finance, Forecasting, Data Management, etc.) and vendors/consultants to ensure optimal results to achieve objectives.
• Work with all Neuro/ADHD product Copay program data to analyze and communicate performance and effectiveness as well as support business rules structures and changes as needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects by working collaboratively across product teams and other functional departments as needed.
• Work with multiple vendors and manage progress toward timelines and budget.
• Manage multiple projects – progress & budget.
• Duties as otherwise assigned.

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Requires at least 2 years total work experience in pharma/biotech with a track record of progressing to more senior roles & responsibilities.
• Requires at least 4 years’ work experience and demonstrated success in sales, marketing, finance or advertising with track record of increasing roles & responsibilities.
• Product launch experience (new product launch and/or significant line extension) strongly preferred.
• High level computer skills to manage and analyze data.
• Ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
