The Opportunity

Hybrid in-office / WFH 2-days per week position.

Top 3 things we're looking for:

  • Strong soft skills (i.e. curiosity, ambition, collaboration, critical thinking)
  • Proficient technical skills which include but not limited to SAS, Excel spreadsheet design and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Auto Finance or Treasury products (not required, however would be great)

Join a high performing and innovative Forward Flow Pricing & Analytics Team to support the evolvement of pricing strategies for a growing Forward Flow portfolio. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering accurate results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, and willing to challenge the status quo.

The Work Itself

  • Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of existing pricing strategy
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to review cost structure and maximize profitability
  • Help to train, lead and develop entry-level analysts
  • Construct effective presentations on analysis and present to peers, team members, and business line leadership
  • Understand competitive environment and other drivers of economics to optimize the relationship with the Forward Flow partners
  • Develop alert mechanisms to effectively monitor contractual requirements and key internal guardrails

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Understanding of financial and economic principles
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Well versed in MS Excel
  • Ability to organize and mine large data sets
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Proactive problem solver willing to take initiative to offer solutions and identify opportunities before being asked
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material to senior executives
  • Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlines and has demonstrated learning agility
  • Experience working with SAS and/or SQL
