Location:
ONSITE in Durant, Oklahoma
Schedule:
Monday - Friday/8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
WEEKLY EARNED WAGE ACCESS IS AN OPTION FOR THIS POSITION
Primary Tasks:
You will input/process general ledger journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
You will archive accounting documents: such as, general ledger journal entries, invoices and bank reconciliations.
You will process invoices for payment and reviews invoices and payment requests.
You will prepare summaries, reports, charts, and graphs.
You will resolve moderately difficult issues.
You will perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math skills (arithmetic, ratios, proportions or conversions)
Ten Key experience (by touch)
Understanding of accounting principles
Microsoft Office experience
2 years directly related experience
