The Tektronix Channel Sales team is growing! And we are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join our team remotely! Our team is dedicated to keeping our solutions and products a high priority for channel partners and customers. As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead multiple national distribution and rental accounts and build positive relationships by driving process changes that will improve our partnerships, increase profitability, and grow the overall business.

Responsibilities:
Own the relationship for 2-5 Distribution Partners and achieve sales growth targets.

Work cross functionally internally and externally to drive process improvements to increase profitability, and YoY customer base.

Apply an innovative and strategic approach that will accelerate growth in our rental business reinforcing value to our rental partners, customers, and Tektronix.

Present a proven understanding of our products and customers, establishing credibility and trust with your counterparts and key decision makers within their organizations.

Advise internal sales partners on possible segment expansions and potential growth areas.

Own projects and programs including crafting effective workflows that will increase our sales efficiency and continuously improve the proficiency of our partnerships.

Strengthen business relationships with our rental, channel, and distributor partners and build a collaborative culture with internal partners across the Americas sales organization

Provide accurate forecast and business outlook summaries that will allow for strategic decision making.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Channel Strategy, or Test & Measurement

Bachelor’s degree in any STEM field

Successful track record of building and maintaining strong business relationship with internal and external partners

Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions

Proven success applying innovative ways to deliver results

Ability to work collaboratively and excel in a dynamic environment

Experience in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven capability to present effectively at all levels

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year

Solid understanding of the Electrical MRO space

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $146,400- $271,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
