Security Guards wanted:

We are looking for experienced and reliable mobile Security Officers to join our company. Currently, hiring for an Unarmed/Armed Guards, Patrol Officers, Jump Officers, and Dispatch positions. The officers will be responsible for surveilling, patrolling, preserving peace and order while on duty. While, reporting any noteworthy incidents to the company and the proper authorities as they occur.

The ideal applicant will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation and communication skill. Nonetheless, to be successful as a officers, you should be able to exercise discretion and reasonable judgement. We encourage security officers to seek to expand their self-defense and weapons training beyond the mandatory level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive working relationship with clientele and their facility staff members or benefactors.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Escort persons and assist facility personnel.
• Provide a visible deterrence to crime, prohibited activities, or suspicious activities in public and non-public which may include but is not limited to areas such as the main building, outlying buildings, grounds, parking areas, stairways, tunnels, mechanical areas, or populated areas.
• Be alert for activities, which could result in injury to a person, damage or loss of property.
• Comprehend and fulfill written or verbal instructions
• Write accurate, clear, and legible reports
• Enforce and abide by all regulations and guidelines mandated by the client and Precision Private Security.
• Perform other duties at the direction of or in the absence of the Security leader or Facility Security Representative
• Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures.
• Monitor alarm and security camera systems.
• Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
• Communicate with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services as the situation dictates.
• Write comprehensive incident, injury, and event reports, outlining observations and activities during shifts. Including monitoring fire and intrusion alarms and closed-circuit TV cameras and access control.

Minimum Qualifications Required (Unarmed/Jump Officers):

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Valid state issued Driver’s License or ID
• A current BSIS issued Guard Card
• 1st AID and CPR certified
• Ability to pass a Background Check
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
• Have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
• Possess the aptitude to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.

• 1st AID and CPR certified

• Valid Pepper Spray Permit (Preferred)
• Ability to pass a Background Check
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
• Have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
• Possess the aptitude to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Previous security-related work experience with working knowledge of basic security techniques preferred.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
