Secureone Security Services is currently recruiting for a dynamic, responsible leader to join our leadership team as a Field Supervisor in Tempe, Arizona!

Compensation: $21.00 Hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
• Assist with the development and implementation of measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs/benefits of each area of responsibility.
• Excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, present ideas in a clear and compelling manner with strict attention to detail.
• Emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills and ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
• Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• Complete patrol stops and site inspections at static accounts on a regular basis.
• Provide training, guidance through mentorship and corrective counseling for Security Officers.
• Make recommendations for the creation, modification, and updating of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines as they relate to field operations.
• Respond to incidents in the field proactively and in response to requests for assistance from any Secureone Security Manager, Supervisor, Assigned Agent/Officer and Client.
• Continually review all aspects of the Field Support for potential improvement and profitability.
• Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization and client operations.
• Ability to create detailed, professional, and proactive reports for our clients utilizing our electronic guard reporting software. (No Paper Reports!!)
• Deliver a "Gold Standard" level of customer service and commitment based of SecureOne core values.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards while upholding the integrity of our clients and Secureone.
• Be flexible to work extra shifts and overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY FIELD SUPERVISOR

• At least 25 years old.
• Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses (we can provide assistance with this if needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Valid phone number and working cell phone.
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift.
