A great secretary helps everything run more smoothly! The Communications/Athletic secretary provides general clerical support with a focus on communicating with families.

A Day In The Life

• Prepare and distribute electronic newsletter
• Update school website
• Prepare reports, certificates, and awards
• Gathers and organizes data to ensure compliance mandates are met
• Assist with general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, checking in volunteers, and responding to emails
• Organize, schedule, and share information with substitutes
• Perform other duties to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the office and building

Description of a Great Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills
• Amazing customer service
• Can pass a background check and TB test
