We have an exciting opening for a Secretarial Assistant to join our Forth Valley Children's Services Team.

Based in Falkirk, this role is to provide high quality administrative support to our local staff and management teams across our services, which include Falkirk Family Group Decision Making, Positive Mental Health & Wellbeing, Equally Safe Falkirk, Falkirk Axis Service and Home School Partnerships.

Do you have at least 2 years' experience of working under your own initiative in a busy office, dealing with telephone / email enquiries and working with Word and Excel packages?

Are you able to remain calm, sensitive, and welcoming to children, families and young people who may be upset or anxious?
