2023 Seasonal HR Clerk

Seneca Foods Corporation in Janesville, WI is seeking a seasonal HR Clerk for the 2023 production season, April - January

Responsibility:

• Provide administrative assistance to the office (filing, assembling and gathering paperwork, etc.)
• Assist with employee inquiries via phone and in-person
• Assist with onboarding employees
• Assist with recruiting
• Maintain records and personnel files
• Other duties as assigned

May work up to 12 hours a day on day shift and will work every Sunday during our busy season (typically runs from June to November)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Experience working in a office setting is preferred
