SCRUM MASTER
As a CI-Scrum Master, you’ll act as a servant leader for your team(s) by facilitating clear communication to management and to the team. Our Scrum Masters are open, approachable, collaborative, and enjoy working with passionate people. They’re proactive in solving problems to help their team(s) succeed. The Scrum Master drives Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. They embrace agility as a practice. The Scrum Master is responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Product Owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information.
- Facilitate groups and coach multiple teams.
- Create an environment of collaboration within teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
- Champion Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization and conduct continuous improvement events.
- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team.
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach.
- Coach Product Owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning.
- Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles, help teams appreciate them.
- Teach systems thinking and servant leadership.
- Application of Lean to solve organizational problems.
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team.
- Ensure engineering teams’ productivity and deliver projects on time with quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work with Executives.
- Background in SaaS space/web development.
- Able to work with a technical team and in an Agile space.
- Working knowledge of CI tools such as Standard Work, PDCA, DMAIC, Ishikawa diagrams, A3, 8D, 5S, Muda, Kaizen, Kanban, Toyota Kata, Value Stream Mapping and implementation.
- Familiarity with lean concepts, resources and main schools of thought such as Deming, Juran, Taiichi Ohno, Ishikawa, Rother, Improvement Boards, threshold of knowledge, TPS, AME, etc.
- Scrum: 1 year (Required)
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in successful SaaS companies.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- PMP certification.
The US base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives in addition to base salary.
