Penmarc is currently seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to support a team of Scheduling Coordinators.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What you will be doing!

As a Scheduling Supervisor, you will be supporting a team that is responsible for scheduling and supporting our field team as well as our clients. You will be handling escalations, day to day training and coaching as well as supporting the needs of the role and team. We manage our operations through phone calls, emails and our customer database. You will work with our leadership team to prioritize tasks and accomplish goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience with routing, scheduling or dispatching
  • Prior experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Excel & Word specifically)
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems
