Better Home Care is currently seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to provide exceptional service to all our clients. This role is based out of our Germantown office.

We are a fast-paced, compassionate, and growing Philadelphia-based home care agency that provides in home pediatric, geriatric, and home health aide services. How You will Make an Impact

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will make an impact on our community through establishing rapport with our field staff employees to provide consistent, high quality care to our patients. In this sense, you are the face of our company. As the face of Better Home Care, you will champion our values of compassionate care , legendary service, and integrity.

In this role, you will aid the success of the company through managing the schedules of our HHA, CNA, and LPN field staff to serve our patients effectively, providing continuity of care through consistent schedules.

What You Will Need

· Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

· Experience in a home health or healthcare

· Proficient in Microsoft computer programs, with general computer literacy skills.
