The Center for Specialty Therapy is an agency of YAI with an opening for a full-time Scheduler at our Manhattan headquarters.
Compensation:
$35,000.00 annually
Responsibilities include:
- You will be collecting referral information via phone
- You will be registering information in appropriate databases
- You will be analyzing referrals for appropriate services
- You will be scheduling appointments
- You will be maintaining files to facilitate rescheduling as needed
- You will be participating in department meetings
- You will be navigating patients throughout various departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
- Prior call center or receptionist experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
