The
Project Scheduler, eVinci role will be responsible to perform Primavera P6 schedule maintenance, planning, forecasting, resource loading and reporting on schedule driven metrics. This opportunity will be directly with the Scheduling Lead, and Project Managers, as part of the eVinci Program.
This position is preferably a Mobile/Hybrid type of position (with ~ 2 - 3 days per week) spent in the Pittsburgh based offices. However, Remote candidates (outside the region) may be considered.
Your Day to Day
- Develop and maintain 5+ year eVinci Micro-Reactor integrated project schedule in Primavera (P6)
- Create and maintain schedule reporting regarding project and resource loading and communicate to the project stakeholders
- Work with PMs/Scheduling Lead to determine periodic forecast and develop status reporting
- Develop sandbox ‘what if’ scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts and communicate to team.
- Maintain project documentation including baseline and historical records
- Review project expenditures for compliance with project baselines and scope
- Promote teamwork and effective communication, which includes maintenance and dissemination of project metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status
- The role supports multiple functions, requiring excellent communication and building of interpersonal relationships throughout all levels and functions within the organization.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of relevant Primavera P6 scheduling experience required
- SAP experience managing costs desired
- PMP preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
- General knowledge of technical development processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills
