We also provide protective oversight for our vulnerable clients, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, and most importantly companionship for our dear clients. Starting Pay: $18.00 Per Hour - This is a Part-Time Position - 30 Hours per week

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is in our Pagosa Springs Office - 301 N. Pagosa Blvd. Unit B10, Pagosa Springs, CO

Scheduler Job Description:

At Visiting Angels, it is the Scheduler's responsibility to help schedule and match caregivers with clients, fill open shifts, and move or adjust schedules as necessary to make sure we are providing consistent, timely, and well paired care for our clients.

Previous Scheduling experience is preferred but not required.

Scheduling responsibilities may include:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma.
• Must have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
• Must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that wants to be a team player.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, talking on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis, be gifted at working with various personality types and be able to multi-task and produce positive results.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have good phone skills and excel at Customer Service.
• Must be organized.
• Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
• Must have a positive attitude and exhibit patience.
• Must live in or near Pagosa Springs, CO
