Job description
Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy is looking for a Dispatching Scheduler to help support our growing, fast paced business. The Dispatching Scheduler will work closely with a team of schedulers coordinating, ordering and ensuring proper delivery of materials for construction projects.
This individual must have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite is required. Working knowledge of Apple products are needed. BuilderTrend knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Produce materials list on a daily basis and order accordingly.
- Accurately schedule trade partners for jobs..
- Maintain accuracy of BuilderTrend schedules, ensuring completed items are checked off on correct dates and future items are scheduled on the correct dates.
- Maintain accurate log of material deliveries for billing purposes.
- Request inspections for provider providers.
- Constant communication with department Managers, Operators, and Trade Partners regarding updates to projects.
- Answering incoming calls; ensuring information is communicated properly and timely to proper parties.
Pay: $16 - $20
