RiverStone is seeking candidates for a full-time Scale/Customer Service to perform various office duties at our McCausland quarry, near Long Grove, IA. The schedule for this position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Scale Clerk/Customer Service job duties include:

• Enter customer and product data into scale system (including speaking with customers on a frequent basis)
• Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
• Assist with recordkeeping and other administrative tasks
• Directing all traffic through the plant sending grain trucks, manufacturing supply trucks, and customer trucks to their respective destination and informing other personnel as to their arrival.

The ideal Scale Clerk/Customer Service candidate will have:

• Strong customer focus
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Sound computer and math skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attendance
