Zantech is looking for a talented Information SAP Cutover Manager to serve as the direct conduit between the program and the LSI cutover team to provide technical oversight of LSI execution for an upcoming project.

The SAP Cutover Manager will be responsible for the following areas:

• Responsible for providing support to program management for the execution of a highly complex Wave 2 Cutover, as well as continuous improvements to the processes.
• Works directly with internal program teams such as the Data team, Rear Det, and Deployment Operations to guide and answer cutover related questions so they can effectively do their specific jobs.
• Sponsors cutover related change requests, reviews and recommends approval/disapproval of LSI cutover deliverables/work products.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess an in-depth understanding of the strategy/approach for Fielding of GCSS-Army.
• Must have proven experience managing large (over 100K end users) complex cutovers for the US Army.
• Must understand both the SAP and Army processes and approach for cutover of GCSS-Army.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and training in SAP MM, PM, HR and FI/CO
• 20+ years overall SAP/ERP experience with demonstrated experience managing large complex SAP/ERP projects or very large project teams (over 100K users), with extensive experience working on US Army SAP/ERP programs and directly planning/ managing cutover efforts in support of US Army SAP programs.

Required Certifications:

• PMP Certification

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience.

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
