What you will do:

As our SAP Business Process Warehouse Owner, you will own a defined portion of the end-to-end (E2E) business process which supports the E2E delivery of a cross functional solution inclusive of the Accelerate Ecosystem.


In conjunction with an IT Solution Lead partner(s), you will have direct responsibility for an assigned process area across the Accelerate Ecosystem. You will collaborate with relevant business stakeholders and BPO’s to understand as-is processes, drive acceptance of the current global template, and capture business requirements for any enhancement needs. Additionally, you will work with Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies for the assigned process area with a goal of advancing to-be business processes that are based on global technical solutions, with a bias toward standard functionality.


As our BPO for Warehousing you will be responsible for the E2E processes and functionalities required to support distribution and logistics activities within the warehouse. These E2E processes include inbound warehousing, internal warehousing, and outbound warehousing. Within this E2E space there will be a focus on the logistics associated with receiving finished goods into stock, internal warehouse operations like cycle counting, and distribution of finished goods to fulfill sales orders. These processes will apply to both internally owned and managed Stryker warehouses as well as with strategic 3PL partners.

  • Responsible for the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables; specifically, for the timely completion of project activities within their business process area

  • Lead business process design, and accompanying solution design, for assigned area with specific bias toward embracing standard functionality

  • Creates network of SME’s across the Stryker landscape (commercial, shared services, centers of excellence and the Global Quality and Operations (GQO) organizations) to leverage for input, participation in project activities and to engage in change management activities for business process design

  • Drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies (commercial, shared services, centers of excellence and the Global Quality and Operations (GQO) organizations)

  • Drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies maximizing the use of standard SAP functionality while allowing minor configurations (as necessary for regulatory or fiscal compliance) with no core customizations

  • Partners with Global Process Governance Owners to ensure the integrity of the global template through enhancement cycles

  • Facilitate rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions

  • Lead and oversee process workshops

  • Plans and leads all business activities up to the beginning of test execution and then facilitates a handover to the Business Process Implementation Lead, as applicable, for continuation of subsequent testing and deployment activities

What you need:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration, or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.

  • Minimum 6+ years of industry experience across multiple process areas and 3+ years of sub-process experience.

  • Preferably having been active in a people management role related to warehousing. Excellent understanding of sub-process “end to end” processes

  • Prior experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs is strongly preferred.

  • Leader that collaborates effectively across all Stryker divisions and regions, has strong influence skills and can build consensus and drive change.

  • Prior experience with SAP EWM and/or IM strongly preferred.

  • $83,000 - $176,800 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
