Position Title: Salon Receptionist/Assistant

Position requirements and responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Positive attitude and willing to help clients and co-workers
-Greet clients, offer complimentary beverages, check out clients and re-book appointments
-Manage schedule for clients and employees to optimize bookings for maximum client intake (experience with booking preferred but willing to train the right person)
-Proactively maintain the cleanliness and organizaton of the salon to support the workflow for technicians
-Maintain and restock inventory
-Knowledge of service offerings and can effectively communicate them to clients
-Answer and return phone calls/texts in a timely manner
-Take photos/videos of clients nails for social media

-Opportunity for growth into a managerial position for the right fit

Schedule:
- 8 Hour shifts (11am - 7pm), Monday, Thursday and Friday
- We are flexible with taking time off within reason. We understand everyone has a life outside of work!
