Job description
At Great Clips, we specialize in haircuts. We do personalized training and offer a huge team of support. We have several locations in the Birmingham area. Great Clips is a fast-paced environment where you’ll make money from day one! Our teams are doing around 500-1000 customers per week. Our stylists make great money, with our effective wage at $25-$35 an hour (base wage + productivity+ product commissions + tips). We have additional benefits such as a 401(K) with company match, Health Insurance and a New Stylist Kit valued at $350!
At our Lakeshore location, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated hair stylist interested in Management. This person will be trained by our General Manager and will work directly with her on scheduling, staffing, and creating a positive work culture. He/ She does not have to have any previous management experience, just a willingness to learn what is needed for the Manager position.
