Job Summary
Create and process quotes across multiple product lines and customers- Process incoming purchase orders
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) for multiple sales teams
- Run sales reports using data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other web based programs
- Research bidding & planning jobs by reading plans and specifications
- Respond to questions and requests from customers (both internal and external)
- Manage product sample inventory and order samples from multiple vendors as necessary
- Participate in sales meetings to take notes and summarize findings
- Manage and input pricing in ERP software
- Special projects as needed
Requirements
Technical proficiency with laptops, web-based software, smart phones- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player that collaborates well with others
- Able to calculate basic business math functions such as margin, % increase/decrease, sales vs. budget, etc.
Preferrable
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Construction and/or product manufacturer background
- Customer relations experience
- Experience reading construction documents (plans and specifications)
