Who you are:

We are seeking an energetic, responsible individual to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. The Sales Supportpositionsupports the Regional Account Sales Manager in developing national account prospects and servicing existing customers with a focus on driving roofing/flooring/concrete service sales in retail chains. The sales support position will also will also prepare and start the process for new leads and opportunities with customers.

What you'll do:

• Identify national account opportunities.
• Prospect to identify national account prospects.
• Develop long-term relationships with decision makers of companies with multiple locations throughout U.S.
• Travel as required to prospect and customer offices/sites to help senior sales representatives secure new business, make presentations, conduct negotiations and maintain customer relations. Travel mainly entails beginning of the week with flex time on other days.
• Document daily activities and create/maintain updated prospect and client information in customer relations management (CRM) software.
• Cold-call and qualify potential prospects.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and business expenses.
• Identify the service needs of clients, develop and execute a plan that is seamless for both the customer and our company.
• Tracking work orders, estimates, proposals
• Responsible for verifying all operations are meeting their turn-around time, and customer is receiving information by deadline.
• Preparing National Account Repair Proposals and submitting and selling to existing customers.
• Troubleshooting service, and repair issues with national account customers.
• Generating and maintaining reports for National Account customers – KPI reports; scorecards from CRM; roof rating reports, etc.
• Preparing Billing/Job packets for sold repair work and beginning execution process.
• Updating national clients with “specific” and “special” requests/needs/ongoing tracking.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Communications, Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong interest in a challenging and rewarding career.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good work ethic.
• Strong skills in listening, organization and sales closing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
