The Technology Sales and Warranty Specialist at uBreakiFix is a customer-oriented and sales-driven role, similar to sales positions at AT&T and Verizon, focused on promoting and selling our warranty program called Home+ through Asurion. Additionally, the role involves driving sales of in-store phone accessories, effectively communicating with the repair team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales of Home+ and accessories, enhancing customers' technology usage, and protecting their valuable devices.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate technology accessories and Home+ warranty plans.

Promote and sell the Home+ warranty program, highlighting its comprehensive coverage, device protection, and hassle-free repair or replacement services.

Educate customers about the advantages of the Home+ warranty.

Offer personalized recommendations for in-store phone accessories, such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, and audio devices, to enhance customers' technology experience.

Communicate effectively with the repair team to address customer concerns, facilitate repairs covered under the Home+ warranty, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution.

Stay updated on the latest features and benefits of the Home+ warranty program, as well as new phone accessories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
