RenoSys Corporation is an Indianapolis, Indiana-based aquatic designer, manufacturer, and contractor specializing in new and renovated construction in the commercial swimming pool and aquatic facilities markets.

We have been providing cost-effective solutions for common pool problems in municipalities, military bases, high-rise buildings, YMCAs, schools, private clubs, and hotels in every US state. Our customers include pool operators in public and commercial sectors, as well as architects, engineers, and designers.

About the Opportunity

RenoSys Corporation has a full time opening for a Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional. This position will travel to trade shows and various customers.

About You

Successful candidates will be very well organized, skillful in all forms of communication, and ready to use interpersonal skills to complete multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop relationships with our established customer base to generate sales growth
• Work to develop new leads
• Travel to new and existing customers/leads to close the sale
• Attend various industry trade shows
• Complete documents on time such as bids, customer proposals, change orders, etc.
• Maintain acceptable profit margins
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and referrals
• Maintain sales quotas for each month, quarter, and year

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest
• Ability to manage all aspects of sales including introduction, closing and customer satisfaction
• Problem solving, friendly and outgoing, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
• Should have at least 2-3 years of outside sales experience
• Must have clean driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
