Mill Brook Farm, Inc is a growing Food Service Distribution Company that has been serving the local area for over 75 years. Servicing local restaurants, schools, hotels and country clubs with the freshest produce and a wide array of speciality items from around the globe, we provide our customers with the products they need with the highest level of customer service setting the bar in the industry. We are seeking an experienced outside sales representative with a minimum of 2 years sales experience to build and maintain a new customer base as well as add to the existing customer base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues after the sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that of interest.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship issues.
• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• outside foodservice sales: 2 years (Preferred)
