About the Role and Your Impact:

Our company is looking for experienced sales reps who are willing to grow within the company. Along with our bartenders, our sales reps are key players in letting the world know who we are and how great our services are. Along with meeting sales goals that will help scale our company locally and nationally, we are interested in creative thinkers that can collaborate with our marketing department on how to better sell Sugar Rimz services through marketing and sales automation. Our sales reps are the voice of our company and we encourage outgoing and professional candidates to apply.

Your responsibilities will include the ability to:

• To build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase Bartending Service. Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Identify prospective customers, manage lead generation and conversion.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Emphasize the features of services to upsell services.
• Answer questions about our services.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Inbound & outbound Sales duties included

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years marketing experience
• Extremely strong understanding in marketing software and operations.
• Must have tangible examples and case studies of increasing sales revenue through marketing
• Must be extremely organized & data driven

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
