We are looking for people with a SALES mindset, who are not PASSIVE, who are willing to step outside their comfort zone, and push themselves to be successful in this industry. This IS a performance-based position. Although we pay a small base salary, COMISSION IS YOUR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME IN THIS ROLE. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. This will be performed in-office - utilizing the phone and email to secure sales. Follow-up is key.

You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, to achieve a better quality of life.

BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

• BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND
• $46,000-$100,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION AFTER COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow new business for our agency
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Follow up with quoted prospects
• CLOSE the sale!
• Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
• Execute, plan, and implement office processes
• Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
• We will train you for any of the above, selling is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:

• LICENCE REQUIRED OR WILLING TO OBTAIN TO START WORK!
• NO NEED TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF 6-12 MONTHS AT MULTIPLE JOBS.
• 2 YEARS OF PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THIS SALES POSITION (EXPERIENCE EARNING COMMISSION OR BONUSES) BUT NOT REQUIRED. SALES IS A MINDSET. DO YOU HAVE IT?
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
• Must be self-driven. Is there a fire inside of you?
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
• PC skills
• Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
