MassageLuXe Front Desk/Receptionist Job Position

Our Spa Consultants take pride in promoting and selling our Membership Packages, as well as providing a great atmosphere for our members and guests. You will be working in a fun, positive team environment, and we are looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic people who enjoy promoting the benefits of our spa services and creating high customer service levels.

Ideal candidates will:

*Have some sales experience

*Fast learner

*Work with computers

*Outgoing personality

*Self motivating and Exude a positive, "can do" attitude*Enjoy working and communicating with the public

Principal duties for entry-level role include:

• Greet and warmly welcome our guests
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create an excellent experience for all guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of spa
• Variety of clerical tasks
• Selling memberships and packages

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality
• Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, management and front desk staff
• Able to work flexible days and hours including nights and weekends

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
