What you'll be doing:
We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and creative people passionate about joining a dynamic agile Sales Operations Systems team with high production quality standards. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up the process to ensure no duplication of accounts, contacts, etc. You will be working closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand and implement business rules. You will be working on platforms like Salesforce.com plus other 3rd party vendor applications to validate and manage data.
What we need to see :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of data analysis experience.

Exposure to Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

Hands on experience working with Salesforce on accounts, contacts, and other relevant records.

Ability to create, update and maintain Salesforce master data in a timely manner, including handling data creation/update requests coming in various forms, such as direct inputs, EDI, data loader, and others.

Solid understanding in performing several validations to keep records clean, enriched, and up-to-date.

Experience in performing regular audits of accounts in Salesforce to minimize duplication and to ensure that all data is current and updated.

Good knowledge in Excel (basic skill using formulas, reports, lookup, and pivot tables).

Good Analytical skills - Ability to analyze data from various sources.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

The base salary range is $68,000 - $115,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
