Job description

PENNEP is seeking a DIRECTOR OF SERVICE SALES. The Director of Service Sales will be responsible for the strategic planning, process execution, and team management of the lntemarket Program, Day 2 Services, and other Service Solutions. Primary focus is to grow the financial return, client awareness, and blended solutions we provide our clients at Corporate Environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and agree with the organizational sales goals and key initiatives for business development targets for North America and implement and manage the strategy to meet and exceed budget and long-term growth objectives.
  • As a member of the company's executive management team, work proactively and collaboratively with other departments and vertical markets to deliver class leading product supply and service.
  • Develop SME understanding of ServiceNet program through training with Director of Operations and manufacturer sponsored training.
  • Build strong relationships within ServiceNet program. Know key players and nurture account relationships.
  • Responsible for customer relations oversight on all assigned accounts
  • Review service contract terms. Revise as needed or pertaining to unique needs of the client.
  • Coordinate with Director of Operations to identify labor sources within our market to provide services and register their areas of expertise.
  • Contact ServiceNet strategic key account dealers to promote CE service capabilities for their incoming projects.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns to reach participating dealerships and drive awareness and business.
  • Drive the sales budget planning process for the program.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with all customers and establish a strong network of contacts across the industry through networking groups, key conferences, forums and key leadership functions.
  • Gather market data and competitive intelligence and help to define product mix and pricing strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to promote the full range of company services to CE market customer base.
  • Able to negotiate complex business solutions with customers with high internal complexity.
  • Identify additional future service campaigns and build business plans around those potentially pursued.
