Transteck has an immediate opening for an Sales Coordinator for our Freightliner of Lancaster dealership located in Lancaster, PA. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.
Description of role:
- Perform various administrative duties as required, such as; preparing documents, preparing weekly internal and customer reports, answering the telephone, and addressing internal (and/or) external customer inquiries.
- Responsible for coordinating, with the shop the delivery of trucks to customers and/or other dealerships and necessary drivers, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that sales trucks are being processed through the shop.
- Responsible for maintaining the truck inventory sheets for tracking and reporting to the manufacturer and sales representatives.
- Responsible for maintaining truck inventory on the company and 3rd party websites.
- Ensure proper completion of the necessary paperwork to legally transfer titles of vehicles bought or sold by the dealership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of data processing capabilities and procedures
- CDL preferred but not required
- Notary or willing to to become a notary
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, various agency personnel and customers.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
